Other precautions
- Except for force majeure factors such as natural disasters and earthquakes, the above itinerary will be completed, and the order of the itinerary will depend on local conditions.
- In case of bad weather or temporary conditions, the itinerary and hotel are reserved to change.
- The room type is based on the principle of 2 people and 1 room, and single men/women should coordinate to add an extra bed at their own expense.
- All itineraries, buses, and restaurants are booked in advance, and if you leave the team midway, it will be considered as giving up and no refunds will be given.
- If the trip is delayed due to flight or personal reasons, no compensation will be liable.
- If you find a running gang, a direct sales group, a special meeting, a student group, or a person who leaves the team midway, the company has the right to charge an additional USD200/person.
- The contract must be signed/stamped by our personnel to be valid.
- If the number of arrivals at the outstation does not match the contract, the outstation has the right to change the number of rooms.
- If there is a dispute, please be sure to handle it with your contact person locally, and no complaints will be accepted after returning to your country.
- Minibus, minibus, and bus models are arranged according to the number of people in the group.
- Please coordinate with other stations in South Korea as much as possible if you encounter any problems.
- Over 24 months to under 12 years old: 95% of adults are charged for extra beds, and 90% of adults are accepted without extra beds.
