| Day 1 | Arrival – Lanzhou – Xining Gather at the airport at the designated time. According to flight schedule, transfer to hotel for check-in. If arrival in Lanzhou is after 18:00, accommodation will be arranged in Lanzhou New District. Lanzhou is a major transportation hub in Northwest China, the only provincial capital with the Yellow River passing through. Xining, with over 2,100 years of history, is known as the “Key to the West” and “Gateway to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.” Free time to explore and enjoy local cuisine. No planned itinerary today.  |

| Day 2 | Xining – Chaka Salt Lake – Stay in Chaka / Gonghe After breakfast, hear the story of Princess Wencheng traveling to Tibet. Pass the Han-Tibetan watershed Riyue Mountain and enter the Tibetan pastoral area. Visit Chaka Salt Lake (entrance included, small train RMB100/person optional, 2.5 hrs). Stroll on the salt flats and enjoy stunning lake scenery. Check in at hotel after sightseeing.  |

| Day 3 | Chaka – Qinghai Lake – Tibetan Village – Tibetan King Feast – Stay in Xining Visit Highland Tibetan Village (2 hrs) to explore traditional Tibetan art. Proceed to Qinghai Lake Erlangjian Scenic Area (entrance included, shuttle RMB20/person optional, 2 hrs). Enjoy breathtaking lake and grassland views with grazing livestock. In the evening, join the Tibetan King Feast with local food and folk performances.  |

| Day 4 | Xining – Kunlun Jade – Ta’er Monastery – Tibetan Culture Center – Wine Dinner – Stay in Xining Visit Kunlun Jade Cultural Exhibition (3 hrs), known as the official jade of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Explore Ta’er Monastery (entrance included, small transport & guide RMB55/person optional, 2.5 hrs), a historical site over 600 years old with exquisite art. Visit Tibetan Culture Center (1.5 hrs) to see Tibetan handicrafts, cultural displays, and heritage products. Enjoy a wine dinner and check in at hotel.   |

| Day 5 | Xining – Tibetan Medicine Center – Guide Geopark – Stay in Xining Visit Tibetan Medicine Center (2 hrs) to learn about the history and practices of Tibetan medicine. Evening return and overnight at hotel.  |
